Role Summary
ICNE Ltd is seeking a dedicatedSenior Research Analyst (Forage)to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality forage analysis services while contributing to the advancement of our offerings.
This role is 100% office based.
Main Duties
- Deliver timely and quality forage analysis services.
- Conduct analyses using NIRS and ICP-OES techniques and write detailed reports.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring competency in our analysis service.
- Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager to develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Represent our expertise at industry conferences and identify research opportunities to enhance our services.
- Maintain laboratory standards and compliance with safety protocols.
Personal Attributes
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in ICP-OES and NIRS analytical techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as working collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work to high standards following current guidelines and SOPs
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The confidence to present and explain ideas to originators and stakeholders
- Ability to work well within a fast paced, hard-working and creative environment
